Az elhelyezkedése: a reptérről könnyen megközelíthető, a város is elérhető távolságon belül volt. Csendes, pihenésre alkalmas környék.

Az all inclusive szolgáltatás ellenére több érdekességet is tapasztaltam: a bár és az étterem is 11 órakor bezárt, illetve a bár csak 10 órakor nyitott ki. Ráadásul csak és kizárólag az étlapról lehetett ételeket választani, amelyek több esetben ráadásul elfogytak. Ez sajnos a reggelinél is előfordult, pl.: nem volt már sajt. Valamint a túrákat szervező kollégák csak reggel 9 órától dolgoztak, a recepción pedig nem tudtak információt adni.

Kíváló elhelyezkedés. Tökéletes ár-érték arány. Finom reggelik és délig ! Remek kávék és sütemények. Kedves személyzet. Jó szolgáltatások. Tisztaság. Ha még egyszer a Yucatan félszigetre megyek akkor is itt fogok megszállni.

Nagyon hangos a zene reggeli közben. Zavaró.

Although the hotel appeared to have been rennovated a number of years ago and the rooms could do with a little refresh (the white is hard to keep clean!!), we felt it was good value for what we paid. The cost of food and drinks at the pool bar was reasonable and there were some nice extra's like afternoon tea free of charge.

Our sheets had stains and the room furniture was grotty. Also, the hotel has been build on a turtle nesting ground!! We were lucky to see some baby turtles hatch and even a mother turtle lay some eggs while we were there... but how can a strip of hotels right on top of their nesting ground be good for the conservation of these beautiful creatures?

The staff was sooo amazing! They really went above and beyond to be helpful, from the concierge to the housekeeping and bell boy staff, they made sure every little thing was taken care of prompty and courteously. We also LOVED the infinity pool and super modern styling of the hotel.

the air conditioner didn't work. we couldn't turn it off all night we were frizing.

The food is exquisite and its served with great care for the costumer. I had a great experience. The pool is great and it has a great view of the beach. The staff gives great service during your stay. I really recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel with excellent spacious ocean view rooms. Beautiful swimming pool facing the ocean. This place offers free champagne in the evenings and tea/coffee with cakes in the mornings and evenings. 10 - 15 mins bus ride to the malls, clubs and restaurants.

The hotel was nice, clean and quiet. The room spacious and the bed comfortable.

The location. The beach was nice, but there were no shops and only few restaurants around. Tips were not asked but very welcome for everything which is a bit strange for a European traveller.

My favorite thing about this resort was the infinity pool overlooking the ocean/beach. Also, I enjoyed sharing breakfast with my husband while sitting in what I call a pool restaurant (your chairs and table sit in the water) while dining and soaking up the rays-totally awesome! Lastly, the hotel goes the extra mile on providing comfy lounge chairs in the lobby, poolside, and on the beach. Great location- close to the airport.

We had a poor night sleep since our air conditionaing was not working. We had a maintenance man come at 3:00 am to work on and he could not fix. At 3:30 we asked to be moved to another room so packed up our bags and moved. Since we did not fall asleep until 4:00 am we were not able to go to Isles Majueres which is what we had planned for the day. When we asked for a late checkout (2 hours later then normal checkout), they said they would need to charge us. We felt this was unfair since we had already missed our days activity and a good nights sleep.

Restaurant and food was good, beach was clean and well maintained.

Payment by credit card was more expensive than payment by cash due to the hotel charged the card in mexican currency I payed 30 USD extra.

Bell Air Hotel has excellent staff which is very helpful and caring. Room furnishing and equipment is ok, and there are some suprising extras like dvd. If you have a room overlooking the ocean, the view is breath-taking. But what is best about Bel Air is breakfast - for 10 USD you get a huge selection of food, including cold meats, cheeses, fresh fruit & vegetables, yoghurts, pastries, toasts and a hot breakfast menu to choose from various local dishes

Great location at the beach, most of the staff are very friendly and helpful, the open lobby area, great pool area, nice and relaxing atmosphere, great staff at the pool bar

Internet is very poor in case there are many guests at the hotel and does not work properly in the mornings and evenings, the main restaurant is very loud and no quiet atmosphere at all, even in the italian and mexican part of the restaurant the noise is very upsetting when people are moving the plastic chairs, aircondition in the room is not working properly, a daily call asking for a technician is necessary,

Nice terrace overlooking the ocean. Good value for money. Good breakfast included in rate, though service in restaurant was nothing to write home about.

My stay was fantastic. Great hotel very clean, just perfect for couples who like a good peaceful stay in a modern style hotel. The welcome was very warm and service was excellent. It's a little way from all the restaurants and shops which is only a bus ride away. Fantastic hotel will go again.

Although the food wasn't terrible. It could be a little better to match the rest of the hotel standards.
